Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the 60bet platform — whether through the website, the Android or iOS mobile app, or any other available interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use 60bet's services. Creating an account is the act that formalizes acceptance of this agreement.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 60bet regarding the use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements, whether written or verbal, on the same subject.

Registration & Eligibility

To create a 60bet account and use its services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF registered in your name.
• Not be enrolled in any active voluntary self-exclusion programs.
• Not be an employee, representative, or immediate family member of a 60bet employee.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contractual obligations.
• Not hold any other active account on 60bet under any name or document.

Registration requires your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and full residential address. All information must be accurate and match valid government-issued documents.

Identity Verification (KYC)

60bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. To make your first withdrawal, full KYC verification is mandatory and includes submitting a government-issued photo ID (national ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address in the account holder's name, issued no more than 90 days prior.

Document review takes up to 48 business hours after complete submission. Withdrawals on unverified accounts may be suspended until the process is complete.

Account Management

Each user may hold only one active account on 60bet. Opening multiple accounts — even under different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being blocked and any balances or bonuses accumulated in them being forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. 60bet will never ask for your password by email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, notify support immediately via live chat.

• Keep your registered email active and accessible — important communications are sent through that channel.
• Keep your registration details up to date if you change your address, email, or phone number.
• Do not share your account with third parties or allow others to place bets on your behalf.

60bet actively monitors account activity to detect suspicious behavior or violations of these terms. If an irregularity is confirmed, the account may be suspended pending investigation before any definitive action is taken.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

60bet exclusively accepts payment methods available in Brazil. The available methods are:

• Pix — deposits and withdrawals, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
• Bank slip — deposit with a clearing period of up to 1 business day.
• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard cards issued by Brazilian banks.
• PicPay — deposit available for digital wallet users.
• Mercado Pago — deposit via balance or card linked to the wallet.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals on 60bet are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered in the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, business accounts, or Pix keys not linked to the holder's CPF are not permitted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period are described in the payments section of your account. Accounts with completed KYC verification have access to the highest available withdrawal limits. 60bet reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals before processing.

Betting Rules

Bets on 60bet are recorded in real time as soon as you confirm your selection. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user — except when the cash out feature is available for that specific market.

Pre-Match Betting

Pre-game bets are accepted up until the official start time of the event. Bets placed after the event has started are automatically cancelled and the amount returned to the account balance. 60bet uses the official time set by the event's governing body as the reference.

Live Betting

Live bets are subject to brief market suspensions during critical moments — a goal, red card, serious injury, or game interruption. This is necessary to recalculate odds accurately. Bets submitted during a market suspension are canceled and the full stake is returned.

Canceled or Postponed Events

• If an event is canceled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes are returned.
• If an event is postponed by less than 48 hours, bets may be kept open — check the status under "My Bets".
• If the postponement exceeds 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• For interrupted matches, a minimum of 90 minutes applies for football, and sport-specific criteria apply for market settlement in other sports.

Odds Errors

60bet continuously monitors published odds, but human or technical errors may occasionally occur. 60bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds — for example, odds that would guarantee a return regardless of the outcome. In such cases, the full stake is returned to the account balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

60bet offers a welcome bonus, regular promotions, and benefits for returning users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are presented at the time of the offer. The general rules below apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of each offer.

• Bonuses are credited to the account once the activation conditions stated in the promotion have been met.
• The rollover requirement (the betting volume needed to release the bonus for withdrawal) is clearly disclosed before acceptance.
• Bets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward rollover requirements — check the terms of each promotion.
• The deadline to meet the rollover is stated in the offer. Unused bonuses that expire within the deadline are automatically cancelled.
• 60bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses from accounts that show a pattern of behavior focused solely on exploiting promotions (bonus abuse).
• Promotions are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be combined, unless explicitly stated in the offer.

Casino & Games

60bet offers live casino with real dealers, slots, crash games, poker, and other casino games provided by internationally certified suppliers. All games operate with audited random number generators (RNG) or with live dealers in regulated studios.

The RTP (Return to Player — the theoretical percentage returned to the player) for each slots game is available on the game information page within the platform. 60bet does not interfere with the outcomes of games provided by certified third parties.

Crash Games

Crash games — such as Aviator and similar titles — operate with multipliers determined by audited algorithms. Each round's outcome is independent of previous rounds. Martingale strategies or progressive betting do not change the statistical probability of the game.

Live Casino

Live casino games feature human dealers broadcast in real time. If a technical failure occurs during a live casino round that prevents the game from being resolved, the round is cancelled and all wagered amounts are fully refunded. Screenshots or recordings of rounds are not valid evidence of a result for dispute purposes.

Responsible Gambling

60bet is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. The following responsible gambling principles are part of our operational terms and apply to all users on the platform:

• Use of the platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. 60bet enforces age verification at multiple points during registration and throughout the user flow.

User Conduct

By using 60bet, you agree not to engage in any of the following actions, which constitute a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination:

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Creating more than one account on the platform under any name or document.
• Using the platform with funds derived from illegal activities (money laundering).
• Using automated software, bots, or any tool to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Exploiting known technical vulnerabilities on the platform to obtain undue gains without reporting them to support.
• Placing coordinated bets with other users to manipulate odds or outcomes (match fixing, organized arbitrage).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of 60bet's support team.

In cases of confirmed violations, 60bet may close the account, withhold balances related to the irregular activity, and report to the relevant authorities when required by law.

Account Closure

At the user's request

You may request account closure at any time through chat support. Before closure, any open bets will be settled first, and your available balance will be sent to your registered Pix key within 5 business days of the request and identity verification.

At 60bet's discretion

60bet reserves the right to close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Proven violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal use of the platform.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 24 months without access or transactions).
• Legal or regulatory requirement applicable to the Brazilian market.

In cases of account closure due to suspected fraud under investigation, the balance may be held until the review is complete. If the investigation confirms irregular activity, the balance may be canceled. If no irregularity is confirmed, the full balance is returned.

Privacy & Personal Data

The processing of personal data for 60bet users is governed by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected is used exclusively to operate the platform, process payments, meet regulatory obligations, and improve the user experience.
